Responsibilities include (and not limited to):

  • Managing Client accounts, developing and executing strategic account plans.
  • Conducting market analysis identifying opportunities to expand, trends and potential clients within the public sector.
  • Developing/executing a marketing strategy and embedding within the business development/sales pipeline.
  • Developing a new business strategy and pipeline, building/maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities meeting sales targets.
  • Negotiate and work with customer (senior stakeholders) – maintaining strong relationships with experience of presentations and proposal building.
  • Develop B2B leads, starting from enquiries into acquisition, utilising multiple channels and building partnerships.
  • Working closely with the Bid Factory management, aiding with bids/tenders.
  • Being dynamic, using both online and offline channels but following a digital-first approach.
  • Building and promoting the brand, services, solutions and capabilities – across the public sector.
  • Reporting to the SLT, showing trend lines and providing data-driven results/findings to support growth and revenue predictions.
  • Occasional travel to attend or arrange local/national/international events and round tables.

About you

  • At least 5 years of experience within the public sector.
  • Honest, Confident and Entrepreneurial.
  • You are passionate about digital/technology.
  • You take pride in your work.
  • You enjoy solving problems.
  • You work well within a diverse team and independently.
  • You are keen to learn new and innovative technologies.
  • You are organised and can demonstrate attention to detail.
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Must have experience working within the public sector.
  • Experience of digital services and agile delivery would be ideal.
