Responsibilities (but not limited to):
Talent Acquisition:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source, identify, and engage with top-tier technical talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry associations.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future positions.
Client and Account Management:
- 360 recruitment process – Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their strategic hiring needs, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for account expansion, upselling additional services, and driving business growth within current client accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns or issues.
Business Development:
- Actively pursue new client partnerships through strategic outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.
Screening and Evaluation:
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate technical assessments and interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
- Provide constructive feedback to candidates and hiring managers throughout the selection process.
Candidate Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
- Keep candidates informed about the status of their applications and provide timely feedback.
Market Intelligence:
- Stay informed about industry trends, talent market dynamics, and emerging technologies to inform recruitment strategies.
- Contribute insights to hiring managers regarding market trends and competitor analysis.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, hiring managers, and department heads, to ensure alignment on recruitment goals and strategies.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on recruitment progress, challenges, and solutions.
About You:
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter in the technology industry.
- In-depth knowledge of technical roles, skills, and industry trends.
- Strong sourcing and networking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
