We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing UAE team. As a cutting-edge provider of app development, cyber security, and cloud services, we are committed to delivering high-quality solutions that empower businesses to thrive in the digital era.

Position Overview:

As the Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of the app development, cyber security, and cloud services divisions. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and secure new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth within these key areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients in the app development, cyber security, managed services (IT/security) and cloud services sectors.
  • Business Strategy: Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand our presence in target markets and achieve revenue targets.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions that align with our app development, cyber security, and cloud services offerings.
  • Partnership Development: Build and nurture strategic partnerships with industry players, technology providers, and other relevant stakeholders to enhance our service offerings and market reach.
  • Sales and Negotiation: Lead the sales process, from initial contact through negotiation and closing, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions.
  • Market Positioning: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that position our company as a leader in app development, cyber security, and cloud services.

About You:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the technology industry, with a focus on app development, cyber security, and cloud services.
  • Strong understanding of market trends, technologies, and competitive landscapes in the relevant sectors.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
  • An appreciation and knowledge of technology delivery, agile methodologies, user centred design, managed services and support etc. with broad technology experience and a sound awareness of technology trends and their potential impact for customers.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, both from a commercial and contract perspective as well as resolving escalations and diffusing issues.
