Position Overview:
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns across various channels. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a passion for digital trends, data-driven decision-making, and a proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Content Creation: Create and optimise compelling content for various digital platforms, including website, social media, email, and other relevant channels.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence, including content planning, posting, monitoring, and engagement.
- SEO Optimisation: Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO optimisation to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
- Email Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
- Paid Advertising: Implement and optimise paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc., to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse digital marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and product teams, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices to continuously improve and innovate.
About You:
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role within the consultancy industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and tools.
- Proficiency in SEO, SEM, social media platforms, email marketing, WordPress, Canva, Adobe, Lead generation, marketing campaigns & strategies, Indesign and analytics.
- Creative mindset with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience with marketing automation tools is a plus.
- Certifications in digital marketing (Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, etc.) are desirable.
Must be located in Dubai.
